  • Custom and helium balloon orders cannot be cancelled or returned once prepared.
  • For other items, please contact our support team as soon as possible if there's an issue.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before delivery time to be considered.

Helium latex balloons usually stay afloat for 7–12 hours, depending on the surroundings. We recommend scheduling pickup or delivery close to your event time.

What is included in DIY kits?

DIY kits include all elements (balloons, ribbon, etc.) un-inflated so you can set up at home with family and friends. Instructions included!
