• Helium balloons are prepared close to the scheduled delivery or pickup time to maximize float time.

• If the delivery location changes after dispatch or if multiple delivery attempts are required, additional charges may apply.

• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, Eid, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other high-demand periods.
